ANISTESIA™ was created for the people who love traditional Ouzo and for those who don't like the plain flavor of traditional Ouzo. Over the past few years, we've tried different methods that would blend well with Ouzo. Most important we wanted something that would be smooth, refreshing and satisfying. Our first flavor infused Ouzo was with Vanilla. Once we mastered the process of infusing the two to complement one another we started infusing ANISTESIA™ with other flavors. Thus coming up with the flavors we offer today.
ANISTESIA™, has one goal! To bring people everywhere a smoother tasting Ouzo, with the infusing process for adding different kinds of flavors. Creating an Ouzo unlike anything anyone has ever tried before or unlike anything available on the market today.
Meaning behind our Logo
Each horse is in memory of my Father and Nephew. The wreath is for peace and unity coming together as one. As for the Celtic Cross in the center, is in memory of my nephew as well. Celtic Cross meaning: Some believe that the horizontal portion of the Cross represents the earthly world, whereas the vertical portion is heaven. The joining part represents the unification of heaven and earth.
